Can you give us any advice on downloading it properly? This link has a 404. Is it possible to play in browser? This description says it's 958 kb, but trying to download it says it's over a Tebibyte?
Ah, it seems to be the desktop itch.io app. It downloaded fine in the browser version.

What happens when you click the https://supertaster.itch.io/metamorphosis-at-the-magic-manor link? If you bought it with this itch.io account, you should still be able to access it.
